How lighting affects colour
Tips from "The Good Room" in association with Moda
The lighting of a room can affect how the paint colour looks in the room. Both natural light and artificial light can impact on how the colours look in the room. It’s important to use testers before purchasing paint to make sure you are happy with your colour choice. When you are out shopping for bulbs buy warm LED and halogen lighting as these are best for lighting a room.
In this video from “The Good Room” which is on the RTE Player, Jo and Caroline from Gaff Interiors show how to test out colours in different lighting in a beautiful room in a Victorian terrace in Clontarf.
